WNYF is the Fox station for New York City and it's surrounding areas. It is on virtual channel 9 and digital UHF channel 30. It was established in 1949 as an independent station. It is owned by Fox Television Stations. It is known in the area for broadcasting the New York Giants and it's newscasts.
