On January 1, 2010, KVQH added TheCoolTV to its second digital subchannel. The Country Network (later renamed ZUUS Country, then back to The Country Network) was added to its third digital subchannel a year later. On August 15, 2017, KVQH moved its Charge! affiliation to its DT3 subchannel and moved The Country Network to a new fourth subchannel. KVQH-DT2 became the Quad-Cities' affiliate of XTV once that network launched on September 17. A high definition feed on KVQH-DT2 is available exclusively to local cable providers
KVQH's broadcasts are digital-only as of June 11, 2009.
